2023 AstroCamp Looking Up

2023 AstroCamp launches just as the sun ramps up activity in its 11-year cycle. Daytime observing will feature views of the sun through telescopes equipped with solar filters that insure eye safety. By night, binocular use will segue into telescope viewing. Darren Drake, the veteran resident astronomer at YMCA AstroCamp, will lead the activities with support from a corps of astronomy educators and enthusiasts.
